Watercolour Ink and More course
This is a 3 week course with an exciting opportunity to exhibit as a group at The Station, Richmond, North Yorkshire following the course. It will be held in The Townsend Suite at The Station and is for people who have tried watercolour inks at the beginners course or a workshop for a day and would now like to explore watercolour inks further. You will also learn about using them in conjunction with other media such as pastel, charcoal and acrylics. It will be held from 10.00 a.m. to 12.30 and all materials will be provided.

A friendly and supportive class to develop your skills further. I will enable you to develop your unique style of painting with tips, tricks and individual support. I will introduce each session with a warm up activity and exploring different techniques before supporting you with your current project - lots of ideas and inspiration provided!
You will be able to frame one piece of your work (if you would like to) and we will be able to exhibit as a group in the Artisan gallery as part of a curated Autumn exhibition. Your work can be for sale or not for sale and there is no requirement to be part of the exhibition in order to take part in the course. I can support with your framing and we can meet to view the exhibition together on Monday 28th in order to celebrate and see all our work :)
More Details
Jaci will support you to develop your unique style of painting and the opportunity to explore a variety of techniques and materials. Each session will have an introductory activity and individual support. We will use watercolour inks to create backgrounds and effects with tips and suggestions how to control inks for your desired effect. We will explore the properties and use of other media e.g charcoal, soft pastels, acrylic on a range of surfaces in conjunction with inks to create paintings.
